I believe that every person has the ability to tone and sculpt their body using their own bodyweight combined with powerful strength-building movements. Every workout I create is made to burn your way to a curvy body that you’ll love and embrace.
I’ve always had a passion for dance and fitness, which is why I love barre so much. Its low-impact workout with high-intensity movements to music and rhythmic beats— a fun and satisfying way to burn your curves.
Yes, I’m all about the curves.
There aren’t a lot of barre instructors who don’t have the same body shape like me and I’m here to represent and show up for everyone who has curves or wants to create a curvy body. I will be your biggest cheerleader and motivator to help you get stronger and feel confident with every move because every body is a barre body.

The Wall Sit Challenge: 11-Day Burn
Join the #mekkigirlfitness community as we take on one of the hardest lower body strength building exercise— the wall sit.
This exercise may look simple but after 11 days you’ll walk away with firmer glutes, hamstrings, and quads, but most importantly more confidence and a stronger mindset!
