How Does The Wall Sit Challenge Work?
Throughout the 11-day challenge, I will release on-demand videos and hold live workouts to strengthen your lower body muscles and build-up your overall endurance that will support you on your quest to lean against the wall and hold the position longer each day for up to a minute to a minute & a half hold.
With every video, I will encourage and motivate you through conquering this exercise.
